Thomas Chow had founded TCA since 1997 and had involved and engages directly at every stages of the project development for the past projects. Thomas Chow is passionate on design from conception to completion. He maintained his key role of design team leader in our recent projects.

Our team is experienced at client consultation and efficient at identifying key factors. We think constantly about how our buildings will perform in the long term; about how they will age, how they will be maintained, how they will adapt to changing needs.

Billy Tam is experienced at both design and project administration. He is also the winner of the HKIA Young Architect’s Award 2005 with the design proposal of ‘Centre of Cultural and Creative Industries in Shek Kip Mei Estate’. Billy has been keenly involved in the development of local architectural design, ranging from educational, revitalization to community developments. Billy had in-charge of the overall office administration and resources allocation in recent years.

His participation in the Diocesan Boys’ School projects, including the Division [HKIA Annual Award, Medal of the Year 2004], the Boarding School, Gymnasium and Swimming Pool Complex [HKIA Annual Award, Medal of the Year 2007], and the New Complex [HKIA 2011 Community Building Merit Award], marked some of his most profound project references. His leadership on The Mills, had won the HKIA Annual Award, Medal of the Year 2018/19.

Ronica Lam is experienced Architect, as well as a Conservationist and AP. Ronica has contributed the knowledge acquired during her master study largely to the revitalization projects of the company, maintaining a vital balance between design and conservation.

Ronica is strong at project administration and has a good sense for producing excellent designs. She was chiefly involved in the Sports and Dormitory Facilities development project at the Diocesan Boys’ School, overseeing from design stage to construction. Under her leadership, the project was successfully completed, which is also awarded with the HKIA Medal of the Year 2007. She also participated in the New Complex and The Mills project which were award with HKIA 2011 Community Building Merit Award and HKIA Annual Award, Medal of the Year 2018/19.

Jacky Cheung, after graduation from HKU, has participated in various projects including institutional, luxury residential development and Grade-A office building development. Jacky is actively involved in architectural design and is also experienced in project administration. In Thomas Chow Architects (TCA), he is a team leader in-charge of a wide range of projects including institutional, commercial and residential projects in both HK and PRC.

Jacky also participated in various of professional participation including the Alternate Member Representing HKIA for Harbourfront Commission, Member Representing HKIA for Appeal Tribunal Panel, Building Ordinance, and Deputy Chair for Planning and Urban Design Committee, HKIA, etc.
