HKT Premier Interview with Billy Tam on “Building for Tomorrow, Today”

HKT interviewed with Mr. Billy Tam, our Director, concerning the local creative industries development. Sustainability can be defined in many ways and revitalization is definitely another focus. Billy thought that revitalization means having new functions in the old buildings, but sometimes the public would just want total preservation of it. We need to be more open-minded to changes, we need to make use of new technologies because technologies can offer us better flexibility and less damages to the building.
