We tried to explore the classrooms and breakout spaces with interactions, and further innovation approach for spatial arrangement were discussed.
We also visit The Black Diamond: The Royal Library at Copenhagen.

We also visit the VIA University College, the DOKK1 (construction in progress).
Day 3 Exploring “the Path”
We further develop the concept design by exploring “the Path”, for the journey and the spatial experience in the design.
We also visit the Ørestad Gymnasium, Copenhagen as an example for total flexibility of space.
Day 4 Exploring “Adjacency”

HKT Premier Interview with Billy Tam on “Building for Tomorrow, Today”
HKT interviewed
with Mr. Billy Tam, our Director, concerning the local creative industries
development. Sustainability can be defined in many ways and revitalization is definitely
another focus. Billy thought that revitalization means having new functions in
the old buildings, but sometimes the public would just want total preservation
of it. We need to be more open-minded to changes, we need to make use of new
technologies because technologies can offer us better flexibility and less
damages to the building.
