We are honored to have been selected by SoCO to realize the transitional housing project, achieving the vision of providing a dignified home for those in need and a hope for the future.  With two blocks of four storeys, the project will provide 140 household units in total, with two barrier free units. Each accommodates two persons to six persons, ranging from 20sqm to 50 sqm GFA, allowing a wide range of families from single parent families to larger families of ethnic minorities. Innovative MIC technology is deployed, which will create modules that are rapidly constructed in a way that minimizes dust and noise.
